PS: How cute is this... This is the biggest burger in the UK. It's about the size of an average hamburger in the USA. (We're not the fattest country in the world on accident!)
Anyone else notice and find it funny that Facebook posts an announcement of a new feature with a screen capture by a Facebook employee using a Mac? When they are partially owned by Microsoft?
And by partially owned, I'm talking about when Microsoft bought 1.6% of Facebook for $240 Million! You'd think $240 Million might be able to buy a little brand loyalty... guess not. http://bit.ly/Microsoft-Facebook
We all know Chuck was not a role model. Now we know LeBron isn't a role model. (Just go ask any broken hearted kid in Cleveland)
In a world of "I am not a role model" attitudes... --> It's great to see someone who is!
Not the type of "role model" who shows up at a school to give a speech while the press is there taking pictures and then ignoring the same kids when the cameras are turned off. The kind of role model who's too busy "being" a role model to worry about how to be "perceived" as a role model.
At first I felt bad for Kevin Durant getting "stuck" in Oklahoma City. An amazing talented player being in such a small market with no beach like LA or Miami, no big city like Chicago or New York, nor a historically winning franchise like Boston. He got "stuck" in a boring little town, with a brand new franchise that will likely have little to no media coverage, etc. (No offense OKC!)
Now... I hope that "boring little town" with no media, no beaches, and no night life will help keep this genuinely nice guy a genuinely nice guy. I hope in return, he puts Oklahoma City on the NBA map and starts quietly collecting rings while continuing to be the guy nobody else wants to be... A Role Model.
If... "someone" in the NBA were to ask me, "What should I do?" I'd say, Watch this guy, take notes, and try to be more like him. (Mr. What should I do?)
